Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Guidelines

Please review the return guidelines below to determine if your purchased items are eligible for an exchange.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must be in their original condition, without signs of wear or damage.

  • Items returned by mail must be in their original packaging, including tags, boxes, and pouches.

  • Complete sets must be returned together; individual items from a set cannot be exchanged for a refund, store credit, or size exchange.

Size Issue:

If you receive an item that is the wrong size, we’re happy to exchange it or provide store credit if that size is out of stock. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via DM on Instagram or WhatsApp, providing your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the desired size.

  2. Return the item within 3 days of receiving your order, at your expense.

  3. Once we receive the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement (excluding the original shipping costs).

Damaged or Faulty Item:

We inspect each item carefully, but sometimes damage occurs during transit or due to environmental factors. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us immediately via DM on Instagram or WhatsApp, quoting your order number and including a photo of the damaged item.

  2. We will exchange the item at no cost to you, including any replacement shipping fees.
